This Privacy Policy explains how SocialWheel ("we," "our," or "us") manages data when you use the interactive tools, resources, and custom builders hosted on our platform. We aim to keep your reflective learning experience completely secure and private.

1. Client-Side Processing (No Data Collection)

The interactive Social Identity Wheel operates entirely in your web browser. Any text, options, or selections you enter into the tool are stored only in your browser's temporary session or local memory.

No databases store your personal wheel labels.
No user-entered text is sent to our servers.
Refreshing the page or closing the tab resets your interactive wheel entries unless you select otherwise (such as saving local custom configurations).

2. Browser Storage

We use your browser's localStorage mechanism solely to save drafts of custom wheels you build using the Custom Wheel page. This allows you to close your browser and return to your custom wheel setup later without losing your work. This draft data remains on your physical device and can be cleared at any time by wiping your browser history or clicking the "Clear All" option in the tool.

3. Analytics and Traffic Measurement

We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand general website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics collects anonymous aggregate data, such as:

Visits to specific pages (e.g., how many users visit the custom wheel page).
Browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/city level).
Referral websites (where users clicked a link to find our tool).

Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files placed on your device) to collect this traffic data. This tracking does NOT include any of the custom identity text labels you write inside the interactive wheel panels.

Our resources contain links to educational references, worksheets, or guidelines hosted by external platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those external sites.
